We ALWAYS register a domain name for a client in the client's name, not our own. This provides some protection for the registrant in the unlikely event of falling out with us, wanting to transfer the domain to another supplier or whatever.
If you don't have your own domain name, we can advise on choosing one that will be both search-engine friendly and memorable - subject, of course, to availability.
If you do have an existing domain name, you can easily transfer it to 121 Technology, either so your pay the registration fees to your current registrar, or so you pay us the annual renewal fee. The choice is yours.
We register TLD's (Top Level Domains .com, .org, .net) through Tucows. We are a registrar for UK domains with Nominet UK which is the UK registry for Internet names (such as .co.uk, .org.uk) and hold the tag 121TECHNOLOGY.
By registering a .uk domain name, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK on the following terms and conditions (read here). This is a separate contract to any arrangement you may have with 121 Technology for the provision of internet services. Please read before proceeding with your order.

All domains are renewed on an annual basis, we aim to send renewal reminders 90, 60 and 30 days prior to your domain name expiring. We will send the reminders to the email address on the account, and it is the registrants responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your domain expires by emailing us using the contact form.
If you request that you no longer wish to have your domain name renewed by us, it will be left to expire and all services I provide regarding that domain name will be suspended. Your domain name will then go into a 30 day protected period, after 30 days your domain will be suspended by Nominet and it will go into a 60 day grace period. If you change your mind and still wanted to retain your domain name, you still can and at the original renewal price. This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar by Nominet. 121 Technology Ltd will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name after this happens.
