Once logged in to our control panel, you can add 'proper' email accounts requiring a password, which a user will need to set up in e.g. Outlook and you can add 'forwarding' addresses which send email directly to another address.
Do not set the same address as a proper account and a forwarder!
Users can also access any 'proper' email accounts at https://webmail.121technology.
